The frame: constitutions

One sentence. Humans govern, agents propose, code writes, the record remembers.

Three constraints only. Tokens, bandwidth, storage. Any other limit is an architecture bug.

Two doors. Every feature has a meta reason, or the user wanted it. No third door.

Mistake-cost. Everything trialable and revertible without losing context; boldness licensed by undo-grade.

Read-back. Interpretations of the user become memory only through their confirmation. Applies to itself.

Leases, not laws. The system may learn the user; it may never conclude the user.

Any skin, same spine. Costume never counterfeits the actor field.
